Newfoundland and Labrador's provincial budget continues the Home Heating Supplement Program at $12 million annually, available to households with adjusted family income of $150,000 or less that heat with furnace or stove oil. The budget separately allocates $45 million to offset the impact of a Newfoundland Power rate increase.
