A combined $26-million federal and provincial investment will expand two EfficiencyOne-delivered programs: HomeWarming and the African Nova Scotian Communities Retrofit Program. More than 1,600 additional low- and moderate-income households will be able to access free energy efficiency upgrades including insulation, air sealing and heat pumps.
