PEI and Ottawa commit $15M to free insulation for low- and moderate-income households through 2030
The Province of Prince Edward Island and the Government of Canada are investing close to $15 million over five years to deliver free home insulation to low- and moderate-income Island households. Funding flows through the Canada Greener Homes Affordability Program and the commitment runs to 2030.
